Who writes it

My name is James Harris and I live in Darwin, in the Northern Territory. I started writing these notes because the jewel-board genre quietly contains four or five very different games under one visual style, and almost nothing explains the differences. I have no professional connection to any of the studios named on this site.

Things I can act on

  • A rule described here that does not match what your copy of the game does.
  • A guide that has gone out of date because the game changed.
  • Confusing wording, a broken link, or a page that behaves badly on a phone.
  • Questions or objections about the privacy, cookie and terms pages.

Things I cannot act on

  • Requests for gems, gold, lives or boosters. None of that passes through this site.
  • Account recovery, bans or transfers, which only the studio running the game can address.
  • Refunds, which belong to Google Play or the App Store depending on where the purchase was made.
  • Proposals to add advertising, sponsored content or paid links. The answer is no.

Your name, email and optional phone number are used to reply and, because you ticked the box, to send browser notifications when a guide changes. They are held by OneSignal, described in the privacy policy. There is no charge, and unsubscribing takes one click.

Replies usually go out within a business day. Anything that needs me to reach a specific level or event before answering will take longer, and I will tell you that rather than going quiet.
